Product Description

The offered product is designed and manufactured with the use of excellent quality Polymeric/Silicone Rubber base and sophisticated techniques. The external sheds are moulded from Silicone rubber on the latest state of the art injection moulding machinery from Desma, Germany. Specially designed to withstand high voltage ampere current, the provided insulators are used as a unit for connecting different wires. Apart from this, the provided Composite Pin Insulators are made available in different specifications and are available with various kinds of end fittings to meet exact requirements of the customer.
- Features:
- When compared with conventional ceramic insulators these are light weight, unbreakable, hydrophobic, resistant to ozone & UV, resistant to earth quake shocks, self deaning properties & resistant to vandalism.
- Manufactured as per IEC 61109.
- The end fittings are made up of malleable iron and are duly Hot dip galvanized.
- Available in various types Pin insulators in voltage ratings of 11 kV to 33 kV.
Construction Features:
- The core is made up of fibre glass rod to ensure the necessary mechanical characteristics.
- The FRP rod used is made up of Silicone rubber insulators which is manufactured by protrusion process.
Quality Control:
- All the Pin insulators are tested at our site.
- We have all the necessary infrastructure to carry out routine tests on the insulators.
- We carry out testes like Dry power frequency voltage test , Mechanical Tensile test Thermo mechanical test chamber, U.V. weathering Rubber tensile test etc as per IEC 61109.
