Superior Electrical PerformanceManufactured with carefully selected electrolytic copper busbars, this distribution unit delivers low contact resistance and high current capacity, supporting up to 200A. The dielectric strength exceeds 2500V AC, and the insulation resistance is greater than 1000 M at 500V DC, ensuring robust performance in demanding settings.
Safety and ComplianceDesigned with user safety in mind, this unit meets international standards, including IEC 61439-1/3, and is constructed from UL94-V0 flame retardant material. Its IP20 protection rating and transparent cover prevent accidental contact, while the screw-type terminal ensures reliable connections in both industrial and commercial installations.
Ease of Installation and OperationThe compact, DIN rail-mounted design (250mm x 140mm x 80mm) allows quick installation in various applications. With both top and bottom wire entry, a maximum terminal capacity of 50 mm, and support for up to 12 modules, the process of integrating this distribution unit into any electrical system is straightforward and efficient.
FAQs of 200A Din Type TP Busbar Distribution Unit:
Q: How is the 200A Din Type TP Busbar Distribution Unit installed in distribution panels?
A: This unit is designed for DIN rail mounting, fitting standard rail sizes. Both top and bottom wire entries offer flexibility, while screw-type terminals accommodate cables up to 50 mm, simplifying installation in industrial and commercial distribution panels.
Q: What are the safety and compliance features of this busbar distribution unit?
A: The product is housed in a UL94-V0 flame retardant polycarbonate enclosure and complies with IEC 61439-1/3 standards. It provides dielectric strength above 2500V AC for 1 minute and has an IP20 rating, ensuring protection against accidental contact.
Q: When should I use this busbar distribution unit in my electrical system?
A: It is ideal for use in three-phase industrial and commercial distribution applications where reliable and high-capacity current (up to 200A) distribution is required. Its robust design also makes it suitable for new installations and upgrades in harsh environments.
Q: Where can this distribution unit be used effectively?
A: The unit is best used in industrial plants, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects where efficient and secure power distribution is essential. Its high short-circuit withstand capacity (up to 25kA) and durable enclosure allow it to perform reliably in demanding locations.
Q: What process should be followed for safe connection and operation?
A: Before wiring, ensure power is disconnected. Strip cables to the recommended length, insert them into the screw terminals (up to 50 mm), and tighten securely. After all connections, mount the unit on the DIN rail, check for proper seating, secure the transparent cover, and then restore power.
Q: How does this distribution unit benefit industrial and commercial users?
A: It offers instantaneous distribution for three-phase power, robust mechanical life (>10,000 operations), and excellent protection from shocks and environmental hazards, reducing maintenance and enhancing operational continuity.
